Aqua Seal Active

EPDM material is the most versatile in the safety surfacing product line. They are seamless, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Our EPDM granules are safe, environment-friendly, simple, and needs low maintenance. Aqua Seal Active is widely utilized in various areas like wet pour safety surfacing in playgrounds and jogging tracks. Moreover, they are highly engineered for softness, durability, and color fading resistance. Our products help in avoiding slip-ups and provides safety protection as well as comfort.

Aqua Seal Active offers two main product ranges with 18 standard colors.
Contemporaries range:

• Longer color stability

Radiants range:

• Organic in nature
• Short color stability

(We recommend the usage of Aliphatic binder with our Radiants range for longer color stability)

Aqua Seal has developed a granule solution with specific properties that no rival product can match. While most surfaces are made from a handful of standard colors, Aqua Seal has a multitude of colors available for use in your application. These 18 colors are always available for your requirement at any time. We can also develop custom colors per your specification. We are confident to perfectly satisfy your demands.

Aqua Seal Incentive

Superior quality provides solid foundations for the installation of economical tracks as well as highly competitive IAAF certified tracks.

Elastic floor surfaces need to be able to withstand a lot of wear and tear to ensure that they remain as weather-resistant, colorfast and easy to maintain as possible. This relies on all the elements that make up the system: the EPDM granules, the coating and the polyurethane binder, which are perfectly coordinated.
Two different grades are designed and produced to superior suit customers’ requirements: Aqua Seal Incentive and Aqua Seal Incentive Plus.

Aqua Seal Incentive is a cost-effective product for the installation of economical tracks in schools and universities that do not require IAAF endorsement. Most systems are in favor of this grade because of its competitive price.

Aqua Seal Incentive Plus is specifically designed for high durability. Suitable for running track applications and the materials are tested and endorsed by IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federation).

The three standard and recommended colors for Aqua Seal Incentive is Red, Tea Green and Navy Blue. Colors can be combined in any way you want to produce distinctive effects and customized worlds for your projects.

Aqua Seal Sportive

Aqua Seal Sportive is a high-density, fine-particle material primarily suitable for outdoor applications, especially used as infill for artificial football turf. It is the base that holds the entire system together, from supporting the blades of artificial grass to acting as the ballast, footing and shock absorption for the athletes running on top.

Aqua Seal Sportive is available in two granule sizes: 0.5-3.0mm and 0.5-2.5mm; with four standard colors: Grey, Forest Green, Apple Green and Beige. Many years of experience make our EPDM granules color more fresh more bright, and we can make most colors as clients’ requirement. These non-black granules are free from SBR fillers and are guaranteed to be heat-resistant.

Our Aqua Seal Sportive rubber granules are PAH Free and tested to be safe from harmful toxins!

Sports, recreation and health organizations worldwide are beginning to endorse the usage of EPDM infill over the more traditional SBR granules (styrene-butadiene rubber) which may contain PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) and other carcinogenic elements.
